Criminal defense attorney James Brehm has over 20 years experience handling criminal matters. Mr. Brehm began his legal career as an Assistant Solicitor for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in 1991. For six years he prosecuted all types of cases from simple magistrate court traffic offenses to murder.
In 1997, Mr. Brehm left the Solicitors Office and started his own firm. Since then he has represented individuals who have been charged with all types of crimes in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, and Laurens counties.
Mr. Brehm has been an active member of the Bar. He helped start the Greenville Association Criminal Defense Attorneys (GACDL) and has been a past president. He has been a member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (SCACDL). He is also a former delegate to the South Carolina Bars House of Delegates.
